BEATBULLYING - The Big March

Digital, PR

Beatbullying were a small anti-bullying charity with BIG ideas. They needed to gain government funding to fully realise an ingenious idea they'd had that could revolutionise online safety for children forever.

So we created a world first; the first ever digital protest march that began on the first day of the Government's anti-bullying week.

Made up of avatars created by children and
members of the public, the march crossed
the homepages of partners and
supporters such as Google and MTV; each page linked to the next to create a
‘route’.

Our objective was to recruit 100k
protestors; the number of signatures needed
to present a physical petition to Downing
Street. We smashed that target with just
shy of a million marchers.
